REBUILDING LIVES
RESTORING HOPE
Each One Reach One Group
Mission Statement
The heart of Each One Reach One Group is to empower at-risk youth and local unemployed residents in the Altadena and Pacific Palisades fire area. Through comprehensive construction training, individualized guidance, and meaningful job placements, we aim to rebuild not just homes—but lives. Our mission is to create opportunity, resilience, and a pathway to lasting careers in the construction industry.
Our Approach
At the EORO Group, we achieve our mission by driving progress through exposure and experiential learning. We believe that limited exposure can hinder creativity and impede meaningful growth, which is why we focus on expanding opportunities for development.
As a nonprofit dedicated to workforce development, we collaborate with numerous organizations nationwide to deliver comprehensive training programs, mental health awareness initiatives, financial literacy education, and on-the-job training opportunities. These initiatives provide participants with valuable transferable skills and access to competitive wages.
Recognizing the evolving needs of the workforce, we are proactively shaping the future by empowering our communities today. Our program graduates represent a mutually beneficial outcome: individuals gain essential skills and experiences, while employers have access to a diverse pool of well-rounded candidates committed to advancing their organizational goals. Moreover, our success stories serve as an inspiration, demonstrating possibility and resilience within communities worldwide.

Our Story

Each One Reach One Group empowers at-risk and unemployed individuals through hands-on construction training, mentorship, and career placement—turning adversity into opportunity.
What We Do
Recently Released from Prison
Individuals reentering society after incarceration often face steep barriers to employment and reintegration. Our program offers construction training and mentorship to help them build skills, confidence, and a new future.
Veterans Entering the Workforce
Transitioning from military to civilian life can be tough. Our program supports veterans with targeted construction training and mentorship—helping them find purpose, stability, and a new path forward.
Youth Aging Out of Foster Care
Young adults leaving foster care often face the world alone, without stable work or guidance. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and life skills to help them build confidence, independence, and a career in the trades.
Individuals Facing Devastation from Acts of Nature and Economic Disruption
Natural disasters and economic disruption can uproot entire lives. We offer construction training and support to help affected individuals rebuild their homes, restore stability, and renew hope for a stronger future.
Why It Matters
With the right tools and guidance, at-risk youth out-of-work residents, veterans, the recently incarcerated can become certified, confident, and employed. We're not just training workers—we're developing future union members, community leaders, and homeowners.
Our initiative transforms challenges into opportunities—ensuring the rebuilding of neighborhoods led by those who call it home.
