Mission Statement
The heart of Each One Reach One Group is to empower at-risk youth and local unemployed residents in the Altadena and Pacific Palisades fire area. Through comprehensive construction training, individualized guidance, and meaningful job placements, we aim to rebuild not just homes—but lives. Our mission is to create opportunity, resilience, and a pathway to lasting careers in the construction industry.
Our Story
In the aftermath of the devastating Altadena and Pacific Palisades fires, our community was left facing not only physical destruction, but personal and economic hardship. Homes were lost. Jobs disappeared. Families were uprooted.
Each One Reach One Group was born out of this crisis—established as a beacon of hope to uplift those most affected. We focus on equipping individuals with essential construction skills while restoring their confidence and self-reliance.
What We Do
Hands-On Construction Training
We offer real-world training in key trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction. Partnering with local construction unions, participants learn from seasoned professionals in the field.
Job Placement Opportunities
We connect graduates with job opportunities through partnerships with firms actively involved in rebuilding Altadena. Participants gain critical experience, a living wage, and access to union career tracks
Personalized Mentorship
Every participant receives individualized support—career counseling, resume-building, and interview coaching. Our mentors are dedicated to helping each person navigate a path toward self-sufficiency and growth.
Why It Matters
With the right tools and guidance, at-risk youth and out-of-work residents can become certified, confident, and employed. We're not just training workers—we're developing future union members, community leaders, and homeowners.
